SportsDuo ("we", "us", or "our") operates the SportsDuo mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

When you use SportsDuo, we may collect the following information:

• Account information: Your name and email address when you register.
• Location data: Your approximate location, used solely to find nearby players and courts. Only collected when you use the matchmaking feature.
• Usage data: Match history, win/loss record, and skill level preferences.
• Device token: A push notification token to alert you when a match is found.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To match you with nearby players of a similar skill level.
• To display your profile and match statistics within the App.
• To send push notifications about game matches you have requested.
• To maintain and improve the App.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Your name and approximate location may be shared with a matched player solely to arrange a game. We use Supabase for secure data storage.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete Account, permanently removing all your data.

5. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and secure cloud infrastructure to protect your information.

6. Children's Privacy

SportsDuo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. Contact us to request removal if applicable.

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time via the app or by contacting us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Changes are noted by the updated date above. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
